Enable training professionals to create and deliver training that results in learning.

Training shouldn’t be a checkmark on an attendance list. Training must result in learning. The Training Institute is dedicated to this goal by elevating the competency, knowledge, confidence, and success of all training professionals. We do so by providing curriculum, establishing requirements, and setting standards that are sensitive to the demands of your industry. Our certification programs enable any trainer to reach this standard through completing a five-step certification process that consists of:

  2. A-E Professional Development Assignment
  3. Train the Trainer Advanced Week
  4. Certification Exam
  5. Submit a Training Program based on the A-E Professional Development Model
